She is survived by: her daughter Linda Fay; her son-in-law Allen Tullis of Bowling Green; her son Lemuel; her daughters-in-law, Tammy Baker of Greensburg and Debbie Baker of Leitchfield; her siblings, Doris Baker of Columbia, Della Thomason of Idaho, Mitchell Perkins of Campbellsville and Terry Perkins of Park City; her grandchildren, Chris (Samantha Baker), Jessica Baker, Geoffrey (Chrissy Baker), Joel (Brandy Baker), Thomas (Brandy Baker), Jeremy Baker (Jamie Barber) and Philip (Jessica Baker); and her great grandchildren, Abby, Jake, Kyle, Trevor, Justin, Dillon, Aldon, Branson, Logan, Gracelynn, Weston, Layton, Reygan, Lillie, Kylie, Brax and Jackson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home (206 S Main St, Greensburg, KY 42743). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens (700 Old US 68, Campbellsville, KY 42718).
