He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kees Lewis of Greensburg; and his children, Jesse Choat, Naomi Diego-Gasper, Morgan Choat, Martha Lewis and Prescilla Edwards. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and a host of brothers, sisters, other relatives, and friends.
