He is survived by: his wife Loretta Lynn Szalay Murley of Greensburg; his children, Justin Pratt of Owensboro, Michael Boushard of Bowling Green, Sheriann Bouchard of Oregon and Jerry Bouchard of Bowling Green; and his sisters, Tonya Michelle (Kevin Creek) and Crystal Stockton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
