He was predeceased by : his father John Allen Haskins; his wife Almeda Juanita Miranda Haskins; and his siblings, Lester Haskins, Zella Haskins, David Haskins, Catherine Mills, Harlon Haskins, Rosa Lee Haskins, Ruth Allen Haskins and Geneva Crenshaw (Penny).

He is survived by : his son Charles William Haskins of Louisville, KY; his sister Lucille Taylor of Indianapolis; his brother-in-law Avious Crenshaw; and his granddaughter Baileigh Haskins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
