She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil W. Hurst Sr.; and her grandsons, Dwayne M. Hurst and Jason D. Hurst. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Kay Truitt, William Hurst (Elizabeth), Ina Chapman, Kenneth Hurst, Opal Hurst, Wayne Hurst and Rebecca Baker (Jimmy); and her daughter-in-law Lawanna Hurst of Greenup County, KY.. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren and 13 great-great grandchildren.
