With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andrew Carter II of Greenup, Kentucky, born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on May 6, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew David and Martha Adams Carter. He is survived by : his wife Natalie Sheffield Carter; his children, Andrew David Carter III of Greenup, Harold Logan Carter of Greenup and Sarah Cole of Ironton; his granddaughter Braelyn Carter; and his siblings, Earl Carter, Jean Haddox, Eva Carter and Peggy Adams. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers it is requested that donations be made to Wright's Funeral Home to offset expenses.
