She was predeceased by : her parents, William Hurtzle and Faitha Marie Sizemore Horsley. She is survived by : her children, Edd Howard III of Maryville, TN and Angela Roush of Oldtown, KY; and her siblings, Earl Wayne Horsley of Greenup, Charles Jonathon Horsley of Wurtland, Lester Horsley of Argillite, Mark Horsley of Greenup, Alice Faye Blanton of Berea, KY, Jeanette Davis of Rushsylvania, OH and Esther Brown of Portsmouth, OH. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
