She is survived by: her husband Braxton Spears Jr. of Greenup; her children, James Evans of Nicholasville, Jeff Evans (Karen) of South Shore, Karen Castle (Tim) of Flatwoods and Robin Osborne (Larry) of Greenup; and her grandchildren, James Evans, Paige Evans, Forest Evans, Richard Tackett, Ryan Tackett, Brent Osborne, Rachel Ratcliff, Sara Evans and Jacob Evans. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
