She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fields and Opal Salyers Fields. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Turley (Dan); her stepdaughter Joi Lyn Bryson; her sister Barbara Fields; her children, Heather Clevenger of Lexington and Michael G Clevenger; her grandchildren, Seth Runyon (Jessica Adams), Tanner Runyon (Kierra), Sydney Runyon, Samantha Clevenger (Kevin Cosper), Michael Clevenger, Daniel Clevenger, Cory Thomas, Jessie Wyre (Lee) and Jenna Morris (Ashton); her great grandchildren, Leilynn, Bristol, Lili, Bethany and Arlo; and her siblings, William Larry Fields of Argillite, Patty Smith (Randy) of Ashland and Sherry Moore (Perry) of Elk Fork, KY. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
