She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Blair and Vickie Madden Blair of Lloyd, KY.; her son Connor Fraley of Greenup, KY; her sister Katie Blair Barrick (Andrew) of Tralee, Ireland; her niece Evelyn; and her nephew Oliver. She was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family.
