We are sad to announce that on December 26, 2025, at the age of 86, Charles Ledger of Greenup, Kentucky, born in Martins Ferry, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Charles and Carmella Devecchis Ledger; and his siblings, John, Bill and Fran.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ann Townsend Ledger; his daughter Katherine Ann Meadows (Lundie) of Greenup; his siblings, Clarence, Jimmy and June; his sister-in-law Linda Kendall (Richard); and his close friend Victor Huston. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
