Colin Douglas Virgin Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Colin Douglas Virgin of Greenup, Kentucky. Colin, born on April 1, 1942, passed away on October 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Virgin and Martha Hicks Virgin; his wife Judith Ann Miller Virgin; and his siblings, Ralph Virgin and Shirley Gifford.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Adams (Jim) of Grayson, Pamela Diaz of Nashville and Michelle Tackett (Michael) of Catlettsburg, Kentucky; his grandchildren, J. D. Adams (Hannah), Kendra, Simone Diaz, Nazareth Diaz, Jacob Tackett and Rachel Tackett; and his great grandchildren, Liam Burns, Charlotte Adams, Bowen Adams and Alice Adams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Reed Funeral Home (612 Main St, Greenup, KY 41144). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
