Wilburn (Connie Sue) of Warnock, Jennifer Kelly Neace of Carter City, Kimberly Neace (Trevor) of Kehoe and Renee Wilburn (Justin Meadows) of Carter City; and her siblings, Clyde E. McCoy (Connie) of Carter City, Charles T. McCoy (Becky) of Garrison, Theresa McGlone of Olive Hill, Tina Evans (Bob) of Anderson, IN, Susan Williams (Chris) of Owensville, Debra Potter (Ed) of Warnock and Elaine Butterfield (Charlie) of Tacoma, WA. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
