He is survived by : his wife Pamela Diane Barker Reffett; his sons, Delmar Ray Reffett Jr. (Morgan) of Lexington and Aaron Tyler Reffett (Cynthia Kelly) of Greenup, Kentucky; his grandchild Robin Everett Adams-Reffett; and his niece Betty Jo Smith (Brock) of Ironton.
