He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Baker Webb; his sisters, Elaina Kay Bates of Eubank, Nyoka Baker of Mayking and Darlene Holbrook of Whitesburg, Kentucky; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Duncan of South Shore, Donna Beale of Maryville, Ruth Craft (Joe Bill) of Alpharetta and Janet Bacca (Ron) of Worthington. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
