She is survived by: her children, Tammy Russell (Mark), Teresa Chapman, Todd Chapman (Rebecca) of Greenup, KY and Tim Chapman of Greenup, KY; her siblings, Richard Clark (Patty) of New Boston, OH., Bill Clark (Loretta) of New Boston, OH., Joe Allen of Ashland, KY, Pat Jarvis (Bob) of Lapeer, MI., Pam Neilson (Michael) of Kansas City, MO., Ramona Ackison of Flatwoods, KY. and Lisa Allen of Wurtland, KY; and her grandchildren, Tim Chapman II, Samantha Chapman, Stephanie Slage (Thomas), Mark Russell II (JoAnna), Kayla Layne, Kortney Skinner (Darcy), Kandi Whitman, Kane Chapman, Todd Chapman II (Caitlin) and Peyton Armstrong (Jacob). She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and several other family and friends.
