He is survived by: his wife Donna Faye Hamilton Skaggs of Greenup, KY; and his children, Rodney Kevin Estep (Becky) of Kitts Hill, OH and Kim Duerk (Chris) of Rockport, IN. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
