She is survived by: her husband Richard Wayne Chapman; her son Barry Allen Chapman; her grandson Ronny Chapman; her sister Alice Keaton; her children, Richard Wayne Chapman (Sherry) of Wurtland and Christina Yvonne Chapman of Russell; her grandchildren, Shana Neal (Dan) and Anthony Chapman (Ruby); her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Braelyn, Devyn Casey, Seth and Narissa; her great great grandchild Everly; and her siblings, Leon May of Oak Hill, OH, Helen Keeton of Raceland, Barbara Cumpton of Wurtland, Connie Felty of Grayson, Elwanda Barton of Groveport, OH, Tenia Henson of Louisa, Darlene Johnson of Webbville, KY and Rebel Griffith of Grayson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
