He is survived by: his mother Datha Riffe-Chaffins; his children, Kelsey Sanford (Justin) of Guthrie, KY, Alexis Beheran (Wyatt) of Fort Drum, NY and Jacob Ratliff (Makala Harra) of Huntington, W. V.; his brother Jeremy Chaffins (Tracy) of Jeffersonville, IN; and his nieces, Jaden and Emmaleigh Chaffins of Raceland, KY. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
