She is survived by: her son Paul Nathan Blevins; her sisters, Deloris Meade and Meda Ann Grayson; her husband Gordan Blevins; her children, Russell Blevins (Betty), Ben Blevins of Flatwoods, Clyda Meade (Bill) and Peggy Bowling Finley of Milton, WV; and her siblings, Leo (Edna Rice), Tommy (Rosella Rice), Jimmy Rice, Phillip Rice, Timmy (Tammy Rice), Doris Darby of Flatwoods, KY, Sharon (Wesley Strait) and Connie (Gary Bays). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and friends.
