He is survived by : his grandson Justin Cox; his wife Brenda Blevins Cox; his children, Johnny Cox (Renata) of Greenup, Tom Cox (Jhonda) of Grayson, David Cox of Greenup, Dana Carroll of Greenup, Chris Cox (Joy) of Greenup, Bobby Cox (Jolena) of Greenup and Jason Meadows (Cait) of Greenup; his nephew James Monroe (Kristina); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Kayla, Lindsay, Amanda, Jarrod, Lance, Gavin, Johnathon, Cassie, Ethan, Cameron, Peyton, Aiden, James Kale and Keeley; and his siblings, Jim Cox (Polly) of Greenup, Roger Cox (Jean) of Wurtland and Pat Frazier. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
