He is survived by : his wife Sharon Kay Enyart Frye; his children, Johnny Fields of Simpson Co and Treasa Black (Steve) of Flatwoods; and his grandson Elijah Westfall (Kayla) of Jacksonville, NC. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
