She is survived by: her children, Chad Holt (Jessie) of Columbus, Jordan Holt (Katie) of Lexington, KY and Cassie Barker (Lance) of Lloyd; her grandchildren, Noah, Caslan, Natalee, Brandon, Parker, Nicholas of Madi, C. J. and Brady; and her siblings, Bobby Mayhorn of Columbus, Paul Mayhorn of Columbus, Willie Mayhorn of Columbus, Frances Mayhorn of Columbus and Mary An Glispy of Columbus. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
