She was predeceased by: her parents, George Stephens and Verdie Sturgill Stephens; her husband Glen Smith; her son Odith Smith; her siblings, Merle Stephens, Hillis Bolden, Mabel Bolden, Annie Evans, Francis Smith, Jenny Reed and Georgia Smith; and her great grandchild Eli.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Odith Smith II (Ashley Horsley) of Quincy, KY, Chasitity Clemons (Rock) of Vanceburg, KY and Nekota Sword (Mike McQuinn) of South Portsmouth, KY; her great grandchildren, Tesla, Tatum, Ashton, Trey, Ariel, Natasha, Briana, Drew, Austin and Caroline; her great great grandchildren, Stella, Saige, Leland, Sawyer, Kashus, Wesson, Robert, Rodney and Vada; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Smith.
