He was predeceased by : his parents, Andy Everson and Lona Jones Blevins; his wife Esther Faye Rice Blevins; his son Paul Nathan Blevins; and his siblings, Allie Blevins, Bob Blevins, Denny Blevins, Dave Blevins, Mary Hughes, Dorothy Thomas and Virginia Miles.

He is survived by : his children, Russell Blevins (Betty) of Greenup, Ben Blevins of Flatwoods, Clyda Meade (Bill) of Greenup and Peggy Bowling Finley of Milton, WV; and his siblings, Joe Blevins, Charlie Blevins, Rosella Rice, Sue Reynolds and Deloris Reynolds. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
