He was predeceased by: his parents, Harm Bailey and Josephine Potter Bailey. He is survived by: his children, Brian Keith Bailey (Jamie) of Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, Carl Jason Bailey of Fort Mitchell, Kentucky and Belinda Sue Bailey of Ironton, Ohio; his grandchildren, Kory Brian Bailey, Daylan River Bailey and Tanner Vaughn Bailey; and his great grandchild Bane Brian Bailey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and special friends.
