He is survived by : his girlfriend Crystal Ann Miles; his children, Harvey Mullett Jr. (Tara) of Wurtland, Kentucky, Tosha Albert (Marcus) of Ashland, Lakota Queen of Romulus and Serenity "Kodi" Holman of Greenup, Kentucky; his siblings, Jeffery Mullett, Rosevelt Mullett, John Mullett, George Mullett, Mary Ann Mullett, Julie Marcum and Lorraine Stevens; his grandchildren, Jacob Mullett, Aubrey Wright, Isaac Wright, Harley Queen and Talia Stanchik; and his sister Delores Ann Miles of Ashland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
