He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wright (Gertude) and Garnet Barker Wright; and his siblings, Johnney Wright, Charles Wright and Wilma Gean Fryer.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Ellen Warnock Wright; his children, Daniel Wright (Regina) of Greenup, KY, Christina Travis (Dave) of Ashland, KY, Brittany Jobe of Ashland, KY, Alisha McIntosh (Kelly) of Raceland, KY, Melinda Payne (Cabell) of Milford, OH, Carolyn Grubb (Paul) of Wedington, NC and Deanna Boggs (Lena) of Dayton, OH; his grandchildren, Dana Wright, Noah Wright, Tate Jobe, Ayden Stephens, Devin Boggs, Alexis Boggs, Jacob Horsley (Hannah), Heather Horsely, Jessica Collins (Tausha), Anya Corp (Jarrod), Brendan Grubb, Addy Grubb, Evan Grubb, Douglas Boggs, Lorena Boggs and Alex Travis; and his sister Sue Staley (Paul) of Scottsdale Arizona. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Wright's Funeral Home (1017 E Main St, Greenup, KY 41144).
