He is survived by: his children, Henry Patrick Jr. (Jamie) of York, Kentucky, Brenda Bowling of York, Patricia Patrick of York, Lori Gifford (Rick) of York and Sarah Scaggs (Kriss) of Greenup, Kentucky; his nephews, Terry Burton (Stacie) of Greenup and Travis Burton (Sara) of Wurtland, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Brandon Bowling, Layne Patrick (Brooklynn), Miranda Wireman (James), Kennedy Patrick, Brianna Bowling (Dan Mahoney), Samuel Patrick, Leroy Gifford (Ricki), Luke Patrick, Kriss Scaggs, Kallie Patrick and Andy Scaggs; and his great grandchildren, Rosalie Bradley, Skylynn Bradley, Marie Wireman and Eleanor Gifford.
