She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Carr and Juanita Sparks Carr. She is survived by: her husband John Stake; her sons, John D Stake (Alice Stephens) of Greenup and Josh J. Stake (Dericka) of Greenup; her siblings, Ralph Carr (Dana), Amos Carr (Gina) of Greenup and Judy Daniels (Dave) of Russell; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Kylie, John John, Montana, Kenny and Ronnie.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Music Family Funeral Home (224 Main St, Greenup, KY 41144). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM and at 1:00 PM.
