Gullett Jr. (Milenka) of Cape Coral, William E. Gullett (Jewell) of South Shore, Kentucky, Janet Conley (Larry) of Indio and Elleni Zelko of Canton, Georgia; the fathers of child, Ashton and Andrew M. Hall of Pikeville, Kentucky; and her cousin Annie Smallwood of Greenup, Kentucky. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
