He is survived by: his wife Karen Van Bibber Walburn of Greenup, Kentucky; his son Nicholas Walburn (Carrie) of Richmond, Virginia; his grandchildren, Fiona of Richmond, Virginia., Evan of Richmond, Virginia. and Monroe Walburn of Richmond, Virginia.; and his siblings, James Walburn (Regina) of Sciotoville, Ohio, Lois Fields of Wheelersburg and Cindy Pennington of St. Augustine, Florida.
