He is survived by : his wife Naomi Sparks Walters of Greenup; his brothers, Mike Walters (Benita) and Stephen Walters of Greenup; and his grandchildren, Kyle Lucas, Haley Sanders, Solana Ybarra, Lacy McGuire Adkins (Ryan), Kayla Lucas Brown (Sierra) and Sonya Bailey.
