He was predeceased by: his brother Gregory Allen Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Johnson and Marian Evelyn Short Johnson; his wife Kellee Lynn Crum Johnson; his children, Grant Johnson of Houston, TX, Luke Bennett Johnson of Greenup, Chelsea Taylor Williams of Flatwoods, KY and Emily Jordan Johnson of Greenup; his grandchildren, Rosalie Williams, Avery Nash Williams and Asher Jordan Johnson; and his brothers, Jeffery Johnson of Erlanger, KY and Keith Johnson of Erlanger, KY.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wurtland Church of the Nazarene (619 Fulton Ave, Wurtland, KY 41144).
