She is survived by: her husband Keith Douglas Nichols; her daughters, Kelsey Noel Nichols (Zack) of Greenup, KY and Beverlie Elisabeth Lee of Moab, UT; her grandchildren, Adalye Ross and Gavin Ross; and her brothers, Ralph Felty (Doye) of Oldtown, KY and Lewis "Louie" Felty of Oldtown, KY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
