He is survived by: his wife Pauline Stephens; his sons, Donald Stephens of Columbus, OH, Rusty Stephens (Heather) and Mark Stephens of Boyd County, KY; his grandchildren, Parker Stephens, Kayla Stephens, Alexandria, Aiden, Emma, Shelby, Lacy Miley and Molly; and his sister Wanda (Vera Kitchen).
