With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leonard Lee McConaha Jr. of Greenup, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 22, 2025 at the age of 73. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard McConaha Sr. and Meridy Leigh Smith McConaha; and his son-in-law Chad Blanton. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Horn McConaha; his children, Toma McConaha (Kelly) of Delaware, Jesse McConaha (Rachael Howard) of Raceland, Danielle Blanton of Greenup and Jessica Everett (Josh) of Hilliard, Ohio; his siblings, Chuck McConaha of Alabama, Kevin McConaha of Tennessee, Shirley Cordial of Hilliard and Sharon Thompson of Columbus, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Jordan, Brandon, Ryan, Shannon McConaha, Tiffany Potter, Zachary Blanton, Destiny Cornette, Kylee Everett and Leo McConaha; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Abel, Lincoln, Serenity, Reagan McConaha, Kylee Potter, Kinlee Potter, Kindall Potter, Raelynn Blanton and Chadlee Blanton.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Music Family Funeral Home (224 Main St, Greenup, KY 41144). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
