Taylor; his children, Nathanael Taylor (Chelsea) of Jackson, KY, Faith Ratliff (Matthew) of Greenup, KY, Emily Stepp (Ted) of Ashland, KY and Tommy Taylor (Angela) of Portsmouth, OH.; his siblings, Cindy Stevens of South Shore, KY, Steve Taylor (Sandy) of New Boston, Ohio and Tim Taylor (Karen) of West Portsmouth, OH.; and his nephews, Jonathan Stevens (Gabby) and Ryan Taylor (Stephanie).
