She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Kouns and Dovetta Stith Kouns of Flatwoods, KY.; her brother Robert Kouns (Bobby); her granddaughter Elia Ryann Stephenson; and her siblings-in-law, Wanda Smiley (George) and Cecil Stephenson (Jennifer).
She is survived by: her significant other Raymond; her sons, Josh Stephenson (Rebecca) of Versailles and Jeremy Stephenson (Stefany) of Raceland; her siblings, Tom Kouns (Marissa) of Flatwoods, Tim Kouns (Kelly) of Leavenworth, Betty Jo Jackson (Greg) of Berea, Stephanie Morris and Mary Fugate; and her in-laws, Lorena Spainhower (Jack), Bonnie Keeton (Jim), Betty Smith (Bob), David Stephenson (Marilyn) and Glen Stephenson (Nancy).
