Fitzwater, Juanita Grubbs and Geraldine Hale; her children, Charles Carr (Sharon) of Greenup and Pamela Short (Calvin) of Trinton, OH; her brother Landon Fitzwater of Lloyd; her grandchildren, Nikki Carr, Valerie Hutt, Ryan Miller, Tera Mason, Leann Blair, John Short, Stephanie Bentley, Nathan Carr, Brandon Carr and Kyle Short; and her caregiver Shelia Adkins. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
