We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2023, at the age of 82, Phyllis Berkley of Greenup, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Oscar May and Edna Irene Diller May; her husband Jimmy Roger Berkley; her children, Jimmy Berkley and Melissa Ann Neace; and her brothers, Curtis May and Oscar May Jr..

She is survived by : her caregiver Gary Michael Neace. She is also survived by numerous extended family, neighbors and friends.
