He is survived by: his mother Hazel M. Elkins (Branham); his daughter Jennifer Chaffins; his stepfather John Elkins; his sister-in-law Deborah Chaffins; his stepbrothers, Greg Elkins (Kim) of Winchester, Kentucky, Shane (Angie) of Greenup, Kentucky and Mark (Angie) of Greenup, Kentucky.; his friends, Bennett and Parker; and his pets, Jenny and Chloe.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his family or to Little Rebecca Old Regular Baptist Church.
