He is survived by: his wife Doreatha "Dee" Hill; his son Jay Johnson (Elaine) of Charlotte, NC; his siblings, Gerri Allred, Ann Hill of Huntington, WV, Vivian Garrett (Linda) and William Nellons of Huntington, WV; his mother-in-law Lillian Black of Greenup; his siblings-in-law, Ellen Fish of Greenup, Gwen Thomas of South Point, OH, Anita Hill of Huntington, WV, David Black (Kathy) of Greenup and Kevin Black of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Austin Johnson of Charlotte, NC and Paige Johnson of Raleigh, NC. He is also survived by aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
