He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Trippett and Lillie Spurlock Trippett; his wife Shirley Ellen Trippett; and his siblings, Infant (Trippett), Elza Trippett, Robert Trippett, Carl Trippett, Jack Trippett, Elsie Packston, Opal McComas and Patricia Woodard.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Ray Trippett Jr. (Cheryl) of Lloyd, Kentucky and Rebecca Cornett (Anthony) of Greenup, Kentucky; his siblings, Roger Trippett of Glenwood and Doris Thompson of Scott Town, Ohio; his grandchildren, Stephanie Roe (Michael) of Greenup, Daniel Trippett (Jennfier) of Flatwoods, Bryanna Roar of Greenup and Austin Cornett of Morehead, Kentucky; his great grandchildren, Jacob Roe (Ashley), Lauren Roe, Brynlee Trippett, Conner Trippett, Avery Roe and Memphis Roe; and his great great grandchild Navy Roe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Reed Funeral Home (612 Main St, Greenup, KY 41144).
