He is survived by : his wife Cathy Lee Tackett; his daughters, Stephanie Barney (Nicholas) of Raceland and LeRae Blair (Arthur) of Chillicothe, Ohio; his sister Sheree Roar (Chris) of Wurtland, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Hailey Barney, Alyssa Barney, Ella Barney and Isaac Blair. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
