She was predeceased by: her parents, Elman Jarrell and Margaret Jarrell; and her siblings, Elman Junior, Mary Dean (Abe), Ronald (Liza), Charlene (Ellis), Vernon (Rita), Juanita and Ray.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tracy Howard (Tony) and Rachel Helfenstine; her grandchildren, Brandon Zimmerman, Haley Howard and Blake Howard; her siblings, Lawrence Jarrell (Bonnie) and Linda Milano; and her sister-in-law Nola Kay. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wright's Funeral Home (1017 E Main St, Greenup, KY 41144). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
