It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ted Junior Hollingshead of Greenup, Kentucky, who passed away on November 8, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Ted leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Tetrow and Minnie Armina Hollingshead (Riffle); his daughter Patricia Griffis; and his siblings, Bill, Jacob Griffis, Emma Sirback and Elsie Griffis.
He is survived by: his son Ted Hollingshead (Jeannettea); his sister Minnie Salmons; his girlfriend Martha Maynard; his close friend Billy Sark; and his pet Turbo. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
