She is survived by: her husband Earl Carter; her daughters, Charlotte Justice Brown of Flatwoods, KY and Linda Woods of Grayson, KY; and her daughter-in-law Becky Carter of Greenup. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
