He is survived by: his children, Robert "Jody" Tackett of Wurtland, Jason Tackett of Somerset, Kentucky, Alberta Jointer (David) of Lexington, Laura Luther of Portsmouth, Charlena Cunningham (Robert) of Wurtland, Helen Smith (Kelly) of Morehead, Sharon Hunt of Portsmouth, Mary Elizabeth Luther of Wheelersburg, Bobbi O'Donnell (Tim) of Lawrenceburg and Angela Luther of Wurtland, Kentucky. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Reed Funeral Home (612 Main St, Greenup, KY 41144). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
