She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bishop Harkins and Flossie Anna Boggess Harkins; her husband Jerry Fleming; and her siblings, Bishop Junior Harkins and Anna Belle Bethel.
She is survived by: her son Jarrod Scott Fleming of Greenville, KY; her grandchildren, Jarrod Atlee Fleming (Ariel) of Greenville, KY and Kennedy Dawn Fleming of Greenville, KY; her great grandchild McKennly Dawn Fleming of Greenville, KY; her siblings, Mike Harkins of Graham, KY, Sammy Harkins (Teresa) of Greenville, KY, Sue Jernigan of Owensboro, KY, Shelia Foster of Greenville, KY, Linda Carr of Bowling Green, KY, Mary Greene (David) of Graham, KY and Sherri Oates (Jerry) of Graham, KY; and her sister-in-law Becky Harkins of Greenville, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gary's Funeral Home (405 Hopkinsville St, Greenville, KY 42345). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
